Investment and Project Development
The Deutsche Immobilien Chancen group specialises in the acquisition, development and operation of commercial real estate and has many years of expertise in project development. It is one of the most successful German real estate companies. In Frankfurt, the DIC group has contributed on several occasions to the positive redevelopment of the city: well-known DIC projects are, among others, the redevelopment of Frankfurt's central library and the "Bienenkorbhaus" on the Zeil. Other urban renewal developments include the revitalisation of the main post office in Erfurt, redevelopments in the historic centre of Trier and the modernisation of traditional commercial buildings in Hamburg.
DIC Asset AG, which is listed on the SDAX, is a co-investor in the project. Its real estate holdings include, among others, the portfolio taken over from the FAY group, the “Primo-3-Portfolio” acquired from the city of Hamburg and the properties taken over from the Landesbank Berlin.

Architectural planning
KSP Engel und Zimmermann is a successful international architectural firm in Germany. The scope of their construction activities ranges from product design and building planning to urban master planning.
